Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Your family's data is yours. This policy describes what Coorie collects, how it's used, and the control you have over it.

Who we are

Coorie ("we", "us") is a baby routine, logging, and milestone app operated by Khodour Al Kadry, d/b/a Coorie. You can reach us at support@coorieapp.com.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Coorie is intended for use by a parent or guardian (an adult), not by a child.

Information you provide

Account: when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a user identifier.

Child profiles: a child's name, date of birth, an accent color, and an optional photo you choose to add.

Activity logs: the feeds, naps, diaper changes, wake and bedtimes, and schedule you record.

Milestones: milestones you mark as reached, with optional notes and photos or videos.

Caregivers: if you invite another caregiver, we process the invite so you can share a child profile.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical and diagnostic data needed to run the app reliably (for example, app version and error information). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not build advertising profiles.

How we use your information

To provide the core features: your child's schedule, reminders, activity history, trends, and milestone journal.

To sync data between caregivers you have invited to the same child.

To generate personalized suggestions (such as the smart schedule and trends) from your own logged data on your device.

To operate, secure, support, and improve the app.

How your information is stored and shared

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Storage) on our behalf, protected in transit and by access rules that limit data to you and the caregivers you invite.

We use service providers only to run the app — for example Google/Firebase for accounts and storage, and a subscription provider (such as RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play) to manage purchases. They process data only to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

Children's information

Coorie is designed for parents and guardians. Information about a child is provided and controlled by the adult account holder. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or provide information directly.

You control your child's information and can view, edit, or delete it at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit child profiles, logs, and milestones directly in the app.

You can delete a child profile, which removes its associated data, and you can delete your account to remove your data, subject to limited retention where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Contact us at support@coorieapp.com to make a request.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the app. When you delete a child or your account, we delete the associated data from our active systems, with limited backups aging out over time.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate. We take steps intended to protect your information wherever it is processed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
